Some conversations matter too much to avoid.
This event explores why talking about death and dying, and planning for the end of life, is so important, and how we can start these conversations with confidence and care.
The session will include short discussions, brief presentations, and practical input from two speakers on various aspects of planning for the end of life: Waltham Forest’s End of Life Clinical Lead and Allistair Anderson from Compassionate Funerals in Wanstead.

You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience. The session will be interactive, but there will be no pressure to participate. You’re welcome to listen, share, or simply reflect — whatever feels right for you.
