We are hosting the Good Grief Cafes with Redbridge Libraries.
Redbridge Libraries are the founder member of the Death Positive Library movement in the UK. The project uses public libraries as safe and trusted places to start conversations about death, dying and loss. You can follow the Death Positive Library on Instagram @thedeathpositivelibrary

Understanding Grief Talk (LBWF)

This talk is open to Waltham Forest residents aged over 18 and adult users of Waltham Forest Health and Care services and will be given in collaboration with Waltham Forest Mental Health and Wellness Team (NELFT NHS Foundation Trust).
We will provide information about grief and the grieving process to dispel some of the common myths and misconceptions that surround grief. We will also discuss the various ways that grief can affect us and explore coping strategies to look after ourselves and to support others.
