Our Good Grief Cafes are open to Waltham Forest residents aged over 18 and adult users of Waltham Forest Health and Care services.
They are an informal and supportive place where people can come together to share and discuss their experiences of grief and loss and connect with others who understand. Whatever your loss, and whether this is anticipated, recent or a long time ago, everyone is welcome.
