Grief Walk, Walthamstow Wetlands
Walthamstow Wetlands 2 Forest Road, LondonGrief Walk, Walthamstow Wetlands - Step into nature, breathe deeply, and find support as you walk with others who understand.
Our Death & Grief Cafes offer a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where people—often strangers—come together to talk openly about death, dying, and grief.
There is no agenda or objectives; the conversation is simply led by the people in the group. We sit in small groups so it’s easy to participate. It is a place to talk and share or just listen.
At a Death Cafe, the focus is on exploring feelings, questions, and reflections about death and mortality. The aim is to increase awareness of death, encouraging us to live our finite lives to the fullest.
At our Grief Cafes, the conversation focuses on the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of grief, providing a space for connection and support.

Join us for a special Grief Café with a social twist.
Our Grief Café offers a warm, welcoming space to talk about grief and share experiences with others who understand. In this session, we’ll begin with our usual Grief Cafe conversations in small groups – a chance to speak, listen, and connect.
For the second half, we’ll shift into a more social space: time to chat freely, enjoy some snacks and drinks, and get to know others in a relaxed atmosphere.
