Grief Cafe in Walthamstow

Our Grief Cafes are an informal and supportive place where people can come together to share and discuss their experiences of grief and loss and connect with others who understand. We sit in small groups so it’s easy to talk, or just listen, and each group has a ‘table host’ to ensure everyone is able to participate in the way they wish to.
The Cafe is FREE to attend and a hot or cold drink will be provided.
Everyone is welcome – whatever your loss, and whether this is anticipated, recent or a long time ago.
Our Grief Café is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive space. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination and we actively ensure that everyone attending understands this.
Booking information: Places are limited so booking is required. If you book a place and find you’re no longer able to come, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone else.
