Grief Cafe in Walthamstow

Our Grief Cafes are informal, supportive spaces where people come together to share their experiences of grief and connect with others who understand.

We sit in small groups, making it easy to talk — or simply to listen. Each group has a ‘table host’ who helps ensure everyone can take part in the way that feels right for them.

Whatever your grief, and whether the person died recently, some time ago, or the death is anticipated, you are very welcome to join us.

Our Grief Cafes are free to attend.

Everyone is welcome. We aim to create a space where people of all sexualities, genders, cultures, and backgrounds feel safe and respected.

Booking information: Places are limited so booking is required. If you book a place and find you’re no longer able to come, then please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone else.
