Creating Conversations

“Remember you must die.” The point of this reminder isn’t to be morbid or promote fear, but to inspire, motivate and clarify. The idea has been central to art, philosophy, literature, architecture, and more throughout history. As Socrates says in Plato’s Phaedo, “The one aim of those who practice philosophy in the proper manner is to practice for dying and death.”

Help Us Continue This Work

Your contribution, no matter the size, helps us reach more people in our local community who are navigating death, dying and grief. By donating to Creating Conversations CIC, you are helping to create much needed spaces for open conversations, connection and support.

How You Can Support Us:

  • Donate directly via our Collection Pot;
  • Sponsor a Death or Grief Cafe or a community event;
  • Offer a free venue where we can host one of our events;
  • Share our mission with others who might want to get involved.

Whether you are an individual, an organisation, or a business, your support makes a real difference. Together, we can continue these important conversations and create a more compassionate, connected community.
