Grief, Guilt and Anger

Thursday May 28 @ 6:30 pm - 8:15 pm

Free

Guilt and anger are normal emotional responses when experiencing grief, however that does not make them easy emotions to feel, and they may look different for everyone.

Grief, Guilt and Anger will look at how and why these feelings might manifest, and interconnect. Together, we will explore practical and compassionate ways of coping when these feelings become too overwhelming, and you will also be invited to share your own experiences in a supportive environment.

Although the event will be interactive, there will be no pressure to participate. You’re welcome to listen, share, or simply reflect — whatever feels right for you.

The session will be led by Amber Turner-Flanders and Ellie Golinski, Clinical Associate Psychologists from Waltham Forest Mental Health & Wellbeing Team, and has been made possible thanks to funding from MuchLoved.

MuchLoved is the UK’s leading in-memory platform, helping people remember someone special and fundraise in their memory.

Do come and join us.
