Grief Walk – Step into nature, breathe deeply, and find support as you walk with others who understand.

Our Grief Walks offer a calm and welcoming space to move at your own pace, whether you want to reflect quietly, share your thoughts, or simply take in the beauty of Walthamstow Wetlands.

As this will be our last Grief Walk for a little while, we’ll be adding something special: a nature-inspired creative activity led by the Walthamstow Wetlands team.

We’ll start indoors for the creative activity and then head outside for a walk around the Wetlands.

The walk is free to attend thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund.

Whatever your loss — whether recent or many years ago — everyone is welcome.

Booking information: Places are limited so booking is required. If you book a place and find you’re no longer able to come, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone else.
