DESCRIPTION:Join us during Grief Awareness Week (2nd–8th December 2025) for our Understanding Grief Talk\, presented in collaboration with the Waltham Forest Mental Health and Wellness Team (NELFT NHS Foundation Trust). Our event aims to raise awareness and encourage open conversations about grief and loss. \nThe talk will provide information about grief and the grieving process to dispel common myths and misconceptions surrounding grief. We will also discuss the various ways that grief can affect us and explore coping strategies to look after ourselves and to support others. \nThe talk is suitable for those grieving and anyone who wants to increase their understanding of grief and how they can compassionately support others. \nIt will be an interactive session but there will be no expectation that you have to participate – you are welcome to just come along and listen. \nEveryone is welcome – whether you’ve been personally affected by grief or simply want to understand it better.
